About your host
Born to a French mother and British father, I now call Provence home, where I work alongside local producers to share the story behind their wines.My experience spans London's leading wine merchants and family-run wineries in Provence and Châteauneuf-du-Pape, giving me an appreciation for both great wines and the people who make them.For me, wine is about more than what's in the glass. It's about the people, places and stories behind every bottle.Today, Encore brings those experiences together through relaxed, welcoming tastings that celebrate the wines and culture of Provence.I hold the WSET Level 3 qualification (Double Distinction), one of the world's leading wine education programmes.
